Mr HARRY WU is the Chairman of PKR Offshore and holds over 40 years of extensive experience in the maritime & energy industry. His career began at Ship and Ocean Industries R&D Center (SOIC), where he held various key positions including Senior Specialist and Assistant to CEO, Manager and Director over a timespan of 37 years. Mr. Wu’s expertise was widely recognised in the industry, notably through his active membership in the International Ship and Offshore Structures Congress (ISSC) from 1994 to 2006. Mr Wu holds a Master of Science in Naval Architecture and Ocean Engineering from the National Taiwan University.
Mr KELVIN TEO is the Managing Director of PKR Offshore and is responsible for leading the company in its expansion in the rapidly growing offshore wind market in the Asia-Pacific region.
With over two decades of experience in the Maritime, Oil & Gas, and Offshore Wind sectors, he first began his career at PSA Singapore, before joining POSH, a Singapore-based global offshore marine services provider under the Kuok Group. At POSH, he held senior positions in various business units, including leading the offshore support vessels division and driving business growth in key overseas markets within the Oil & Gas industry. He was also responsible for spearheading the company's move towards the offshore wind space, including the setup of POSH Kerry Renewables and PKR Offshore in Taiwan.
Mr. Teo graduated with a Master of Arts in International and Developmental Economics at Yale University and holds a 1st Class Honors in Bachelor of Science in Economics from the London School of Economics (LSE).
Mr FINNICK LIU is the Fleet Manager & DPA at PKR Offshore and oversees all key aspects of the fleet management, including operations, HSEQA, technical, purchasing and crewing matters. Leading the fleet management team at our Taichung office, he plays a key role in ensuring the safe operation of our offshore fleet and maintaining a close working relationship with our clients on-site, in Taiwan and our new markets in the APAC region. His past experiences include development of company regulations, ISO standards, simulation training facilities and working closely with classification societies, regulatory bodies to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations. His accomplishments include passing the Class DOC & ISO audit and delivering multiple projects within the timeline and to the recognition of clients. Mr. Liu graduated with a Bachelor’s degree in Navigation from National Taiwan Ocean University (NTOU).
